When will I receive my order?

The SuperfoodShop sends the orders placed before 16:00 the same day. The packages are delivered to you by Postnl. Postnl delivers the packages the next working day.
It may happen that Postnl takes a day longer than normal to deliver. Postnl does not deliver packages on Sundays, Mondays and public holidays.

I still haven't received my order after 2 days. What should I do?

On the page "Shipping Costs and Delivery" you can see on which days your order should arrive. Also take into account any holidays.

If you were not home during delivery, you will receive a not-at-home note. The note will probably state that your package was delivered to your neighbors.
If your order has not arrived 2 days after the indicated day and there are no holidays, it is possible that your package has been held up somewhere. In that case, please contact customer service: info@superfoodshop.nl.

Can I return my ordered products?

Yes, you could return your ordered products if there is something wrong with the products. In that case, the SuperfoodShop will always replace your products. You must indicate within 7 days after receiving your order by sending an email to info@superfoodshop.nl or a Return Request.
Create a Return Request in your account and if it is approved the return process will be started.

Will I get my money back if I want to return my ordered product(s)?

If your Return Request is approved and the SuperfoodShop cannot offer you a replacement product, you are entitled to a refund of the amount paid.

If you want to return the order without any reason, you will receive a voucher. You must indicate within 7 days that you would like to return the order by sending an email to info@superfoodshop.nl or a Return Request.

What should I do if I received the wrong product?

The SuperfoodShop strives to ensure that no mistakes are made in the business processes. Because human error can always occur, our customer service will always be ready to help you correct the error as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Make a Return Request in your account and make a note that you have received a wrong product. You can then return the wrong product for free and the SuperfoodShop will send you the right products asap.

Although we strive to prevent errors, it can unfortunately happen that you receive an incorrect product. Our customer service is ready to solve this for you quickly and correctly.

Create a Return Request in your account and mention that you received the wrong product. You can return the wrong product free of charge, after which we will send the right product as soon as possible.
