Article 1 - Identity of the entrepreneur

Article 2 - Applicability

2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Superfoodshop and to every distance contract concluded between Superfoodshop and consumers.
2.2 Deviations from these conditions are only valid if expressly agreed in writing.
2.3 Any general terms and conditions of the consumer are expressly rejected.

Article 3 - The offer

3.1 The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products on offer.
3.2 Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer shall not bind Superfoodshop.
3.3 All illustrations and specifications are indicative and may not give rise to compensation or dissolution.

Article 4 - The agreement

4.1 The agreement is concluded as soon as the consumer accepts the offer and fulfils the conditions set.
4.2 After conclusion, the consumer receives a confirmation by e-mail.

Article 5 - Prices and payment

5.1 All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
5.2 Any shipping costs will be clearly stated before conclusion of the agreement.
5.3 Payment takes place via the payment methods offered.

Article 6 - Delivery and execution

6.1 Delivery will be made to the address provided by the consumer.
6.2 Superfoodshop aims to deliver within the indicated period and at the latest within 30 days, unless agreed otherwise.
6.3 The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with Superfoodshop until the moment of delivery to the consumer.

Article 7 - Right of withdrawal

7.1 Retraction period

The consumer has the right to revoke the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons.

7.2 Exercise of the right of withdrawal

The withdrawal period shall begin on the day after the consumer has received the product.
The consumer should communicate the withdrawal via e-mail or the return portal.

7.3 Consequences of withdrawal

After withdrawal, the consumer should return the product within 14 days.

7.4 Costs of withdrawal

The costs of return shipment shall be borne by the consumer, unless there is a fault or defect on the part of Superfoodshop.

7.5 Loss of value

Consumers may assess the product as they would be allowed to do in a physical shop.
If the product or packaging is damaged more than is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, Superfoodshop may pass on this depreciation to the consumer.
Consumers are requested to treat the product with care and to package it properly upon return.

Article 8 - Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded for

  • food supplements whose seal has been broken for reasons of hygiene and health protection

  • products which spoil quickly

  • products which are not suitable to be returned for health reasons

Article 9 - Refund

9.1 Superfoodshop will refund all payments made by the consumer, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the return.
9.2 Reimbursement will be made by the same means of payment the consumer used to pay.

Article 10 - Compliance and warranty

10.1 Superfoodshop guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and the consumer's reasonable expectations.
10.2 The legal guarantee applies.
10.3 Complaints about non-conforming products must be reported within a reasonable period after discovery.

Article 11 - Liability

11.1 Superfoodshop shall only be liable for damage to the extent permitted by law.
11.2 Superfoodshop is not liable for damage resulting from improper or injudicious use of products.
11.3 Nothing in these conditions limits the legal rights of consumers.

Article 12 - Complaints procedure & disputes

12.1 Complaints must first be reported to Superfoodshop via
klantenservice@superfoodshop.nl

12.2 If Superfoodshop is a member of WebwinkelKeur and complaints cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, consumers should contact WebwinkelKeur(www.webwinkelkeur.nl), which will mediate free of charge.

12.3 Check whether this web shop has a current membership via

12.4 If mediation does not lead to a solution, the consumer has the option to submit the dispute to the independent dispute committee appointed by WebwinkelKeur. Its decision is binding. There are costs associated with this procedure, to be paid by the consumer.

Article 13 - Privacy

Superfoodshop processes personal data in accordance with current privacy legislation.

Article 14 - Applicable law

All agreements are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
