Description
If you have chosen to take an extra multivitamin, take multivitamins that the body recognizes as vitamins. Vitamins that come from nature and have not been exposed to high temperatures that destroy them. Multivitamins that are raw and come from whole foods.
Why The Vitamin Code Multivitamin?
Unprocessed natural products (whole-food) contain many nutrients, such as vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. All these nutrients are all deformed and processed in a synergistic form . This synergistic form is formed in nature , because the many different nutrients need and strengthen each other. The synergistic form ensures that the body recognizes the nutrients . In this way, the nutrients are actually absorbed and processed in the body to "fulfill their natural destiny" in the body.
This synergistic form is known to exist and is very important. However, science has yet to discover which and how the thousands of components form together. This riddle is also called "The Code" .
The manufacturers have not cracked The Code either. The most important thing is that the multivitamin The Vitamin Code contains "The Code" completely. That is why the orthomolecular therapists of SuperfoodShop choose The Vitamin Code :
- multivitamin with a wide range of nutrients in natural synergistic form
-
unheated and unprocessed
- multivitamin with live probiotics and enzymes
- whole-food living nutrients
-
no chemical isolates and "nutrients"
-
no binders no fillers
Why Almost All Multivitamins Are Bad?
Most multivitamins consist of synthetic vitamins or isolates. Synthetic means that it is chemically manufactured, so not natural. It is absolutely preferable to choose natural vitamins as much as possible.
There are four problems with synthetic multivitamins…
- A synthetic vitamin lacks the Code Factor: The Code factor is a complex of nutrients. The vitamin is better absorbed through the right synergy of these components. These components are missing from almost all synthetic multivitamins.
- Your body absorbs only a small percentage of synthetic or isolate forms of vitamins and minerals.
- Synthetic multivitamins often contain large amounts of certain nutrients (usually the cheapest ones) and insufficient amounts of others, no balance.
- You may experience side effects from synthetic isolates from the additives and the unnatural state of a synthetic supplement.
Also a danger in synthetic multivitamin pills are the chemical additives and fillers:
- Magnesium stearate (E572): Is a so-called flow agent and surface lubricant of animal or vegetable origin. It can reduce the absorption of important nutrients.
- Titanium dioxide: Gives many multivitamins their typical white color. It can cause lung irritations.
- Dicalcium phosphate: Consists of calcium and phosphorus and is used as a filler. Many people are sensitive to phosphates. In addition, it is known that this filler can sometimes cause digestive problems.
How do I use The Vitamin Code Multivitamins?
Use 4 capsules per day. It is best to take 2 capsules 2x per day with water.
The multivitamins can be taken before or after meals. It is not necessary to take the multivitamins with meals.
